This is a solid app that is worthy of the investment but youll find it lacking several user-friendly features that you enjoy with the hard copy. Excited to see when they offer additional translations and audio too. #ESV #Amplified

Yes, this has some nice features but... One thing to be aware of is when you open the app, you are presented with the scripture as one might expect, but there is no reference to which book your looking at. Well there is something called verse bubbles. If you touch any verse, a small bubble appears with the book, chapter, and verse highlighted. While there are some small quirks that I had to get used too, I do enjoy the app. However, the daily devotional in app purchase is terrible. It opens and you have to scroll to the bottom to get the scripture reference. The app is unresponsive when I tap to show the days lesson as complete. Once again, I wasted money on an app that is supposed to bring blessings.

Ive never spent so much money on an app.. So spending over twenty dollars on an app, Im expecting perfection; excellence. Ive been using this for one day.. Here are my (beginning) issues: 1. Highlighting is a task. Heaven forbid you want to highlight any of the notes on the bottom screen; you will never be able to unselect if you change your mind. Youre also unable to only highlight one sentence within each note. Sometimes only one part speaks to me, not the entire section. 2. The notes and the bible become "unsynced" I guess you could say. Im unsure if the lock button has anything to do w it bc there is no explanation for that button in any help sections. Either way, I would like the notes to keep scrolling when I scroll through the chapter of the bible Im reading. It just keeps randomly "unsyncing;" wont scroll together anymore. 3. The notes section may not even show up; randomly disappears. I have to edit settings to get it to show back up... (And then go fix my settings back to how they were). Those are my major issues.. Small aesthetics would include: having a better, more legible, table of contents. Having it just pop up in the middle, on scrolling wheels is difficult. Esp for me, not knowing bible books orders. I think Im overall displeased, considering this costs so much. Maybe for $1-5 I wouldnt be so annoyed. I NEVER write reviews.. But Im a poor student w little money and this purchase meant a lot to me. My disappointment is extreme and I believe if these issues are not fixed within a month, I would like my money back. Ok... Now its months later. Still unhappy.. I really have been patient for an update on this app to fix the MANY bugs throughout. Seriously considering getting in touch and getting a refund.

When I first initially bought the app I was thoroughly disappointed. Over time much improvements have been made. The app has finally reached a level where I can use it as a real study bible. I still have to use other apps at times because there are too many bugs and frustrations with accessing notes, etc. (1) Suggest that column widths be adjustable with a finger movement. (2) Easier access to notes while in the bible would be helpful. Its frustrating when you cant readily access your notes. I still cant access them all in one place or search on them as one can do in other bible apps that cost far less. There should be a way to easily access all notes with one pull down and by a search feature. (3) It would be great if One can see all content when offline. It was quite frustrating to be in church and highlights and notes were not accessible. That is not the time to find out that things do not work properly. (4) Add the book and chapter information at the top so that you know where you are at when you open the app. (5) There are two instances of some books like Matthew. Dont know why or how to get this corrected. Dependent upon which one you use, it takes you to a book you didnt request. Please correct. (6) Add a section where feedback can be submitted to the developer. Having to offer suggestions through the review isnt the best. It may be already in the app but I couldnt find it. The app still has bugs and Ive had instances where I navigated to a particular chapter with the navigation wheel only to discover I was in the wrong chapter. Getting better, but still needs a lot of work. Overpriced for the poor user interface and bugs.

I wish I didnt buy this. Waste of money. Can I get my money back? I love the paper book version... The app is too expensive, You Version and Faith Study Bible apps are much better, and much cheaper. Seriously.... How can I get my Money back?

Awesome app no complaints other than I dont know what verse Im on at that time unless I reopen search. A name on the current page would be convenient maybe there is a way but I have not found it yet. Very nice.

You might as well by a Life Application calf-skin leather bound. This app is one of the most expensive that Ive bought and then after the investment, you find out that you still do not have a Bible; you still need to spend more money for your preferred version Bible, NIV, KJV, etc. For me, I learned the hard way, bought the app and then the version and I recently changed devices and found that the purchase did not carry over.... None of it. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Still trying to see if after spending $30.00+ for this app, Im going to have myself a Bible app...... Ummmmmm, nope!!! This is an extremely expensive app that keeps on charging more money. Buy the app, still gotta buy the version you want. Want to cross reference with another version??? Gotta buy the other version!!! In fact you gotta buy every version you want to read it in. Its a rip off, sadly, because the hard copy that I have is the best Bible that Ive ever owned. Dont do it!!!!! Youve been warned!!!!

Truly love all the content but wish for a few changes: * more versions without costing * could highlight specific words or lines without having to highlight whole verse * highlighting more than one verse at a time * having a night time mode Blessings!!

I purchased this app and it wont even open. It keeps shutting down. Just crap. How do I get a refund?

I was impressed with it so much I purchased 2 others within the app. I really enjoy the study notes side by side while Im reading, if Im not quite understanding the scripture I can look to the notes for understanding. I have the book copy of NLT study bible as well, and love it except it weighs too much to carry around. Im truly loving it on my iPad and phone.

Love you app however, with the last update I have not been able to highlight the text while reading. Please fix! Thank you.

It has become complicated to use. And its buggy. I use to use it all the time but stopped as often for the past year.

This Bible is one of my very favorites to give as a gift, especially to people who are new to the Faith. So many people think that the Bible is way too intimidating to even open, much less study, much less apply. This Bible with these Study Notes is a wonderful door that they can open to begin a life in The Word of God. Thank you so much for this Bible. May God bless you beyond anything you can think or ask or imagine.

I love the bible in a year. If I miss a day I can still choose todays reading and catch up later by going back. Also the extra notes and references are great and help ad detail

I really like this app, but since the upgrade I have a lot of trouble with it. It works when it wants. The content is very helpful when you are able to get it to work. It will shut down in a minute. Hoping it will do better in this new year. I love it, but having trouble using the features.
