Life App – Life Application® Study Bible App Reviews

The LASB Life App is way too complicated to navigate and the updates they provide just seem to make things worse. I think a hard-copy LASB is still a worthwhile investment but the Bible App works fine for looking up scripture or reading along in church.

Love this app! It could be a little faster though...

Way too complicated. Taking money then I have to solve a riddle to get to the text and notes...cant we just study? Whats the point if I have to be drilled just to get to the ....

Words are overlapping in text STILL after deleting and reinstalling. Worked for a few months now the overlapping text is all all through it! Deleted again now cant get my info.,to go! Link is of no use. YooHoo is anybody minding the store. I had this for at least a year. Update downloaded this again. Now the features such as add favorites is malfunctioning. Locked icon seems to be working in reverse Update 2016 still glitchy, though so far text is not overlapping. Syncing does not work most of the time. No place except history to mark where I left off. Favorites should be where you can highlight and save not type in a verse you want to keep. Oh yes and btw in history you should be able to delete it manually if youre using it as a bookmark. Please help please

I GAVE THIS APP ONE STAR BECAUSE THE SETUP WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO GIVE IT LESS THAN THAT. THIS IS THE WORSE APP I HAVE BIBLE APP THAT I HAVE EVER PURCHASED! IT IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER IN ADDITION TO NOT BEING WHAT I WAS LED TO BELIEVE.

The Life Application Bible app works really well, but the only thing wrong is the Verse of the Day. Every time I activate that notification, it always says, "Currently downloading the Verse of the Day." Please fix that.

Love this bible. Just a little buggy sometimes.

I have used the Life Application Study Bible for study in my ministry for decades. All of the helpful tools are literally at my fingertips in this app. What other app allows you to breeze through cross references, easily read footnotes, refer to maps at the touch of a finger? The negative reviews are way too harsh. Looking forward to other translations being a bit more readily available. Keep up the good work Tyndale.

I dont want to sign in, at all, and I dont want to be asked to sign in every time I open the app. Can you change this? I paid for the app fair and square, and have the print version of the bible (actually had that first for years). I prefer to read on the app, and its just very annoying and counter-productive for the "sign-in" prompt to be the first page to get through and have to confirm you dont want to sign-in. I dont want to sign-in! Can you make it whereas you at least ask periodically and not every time I open the app to read the word? I paid the top dollar to read the word and have access to it as God intends, not to be asked to sign in. I dont feel the need to sign in under any circumstances right now. I dont want an account. There doesnt need to be an account for everything. This is a huge annoyance for me. I should have wrote this review months ago. I tried to be patient about it but its beyond frustrating. Please advise.

You just need to make sure you have updated software and newer iPad or phone to use properly.

This app is nearly identical to my hard cover Bible. I find it very beneficial to have with me all the time. There are a few glitches like freezing up but overall I feel four stars is appropriate.

If they went for simplicity instead of special effects which makes it buggy. Notes wont display at times, no landscape mode, when shared on Facebook through the app, it displays an icon in the feed which friends complained that upon clicking, takes them to the App Store with general listing for Tyndale..too many bugs to list Such a great spiritual resource that could be awesome if they just kept the features & navigation simple

Still a bad app. I have installed used it and trying to download the software notes and translation (which should have been already installed) is a pain. It takes forever to download and sometimes it doesnt take and I have to start all over. Trying to navigate is awful. This is just a bad bad app.

App keeps crashing after downloading the NKJV sample. Basically cannot open the App after. It will crashed after launch. When will you get it fix? Paid a premium price and cannot use such app

Used hardcover for years.... Digital has not disappointed!

A busy business person who still finds time to start the day with Gods Word. The Bible, and this Life Application app, reveal Gods grace, mercy, and love for us in practical ways. The name is exactly as it implies....a Life Application Bible. I still have, and use, my original hard copy Life Application Bible. This app is a handy way to apply Gods Word.

This is my number three bible app, out of the many ones I use on my ipad. I love the features and layouts.

My new go to bible... Switched over from NIV about 2 years ago and now most of friends have switched over as well...
